How your information is held.

Wildsouls Studio handles all client information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Psychological Society Code of Ethics. Everything you share is treated as health information and protected accordingly.

What is collected

Contact details, clinical notes, Medicare information (if used), and any correspondence between you and Wren.

How it is stored

On encrypted Australian servers (Halaxy and Coviu). Never on personal devices. Physical notes are destroyed after digital transfer.

Who it is shared with

Nobody, without your written consent. Three legal exceptions: serious risk to self or others, a court subpoena, or child safety. These will always be discussed with you first where safe to do so.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your records at any time. You can request corrections. You can withdraw consent for specific uses.
