A quieter place to think things through.
I'm a registered psychologist in Melbourne offering warm, considered therapy for women, couples and small groups. Medicare rebates available.
Some days you're fine. Other days it's like moving through fog.
You're not imagining it, and you're not alone. Many of the women I work with describe one or all of these. If something here lands, we can talk about it.
Take the ‘Is therapy right for me?’ quizThree kinds of rooms. One approach.
Whether you come alone, with a partner, or join a small group, every session is held with the same care: unhurried, confidential, and shaped around what you actually need.
One-on-one counselling
For anxiety, grief, life transitions, self-worth, and the quiet hard things you haven't said out loud yet.
Couples therapy
For partners who love each other and keep getting stuck. Gottman-informed. No sides taken.
Small therapeutic groups

A free 15-minute chat
We have a quick call. No pressure, no couch. You tell me a little of what's going on. I tell you how I work. We see if it feels right.
Your first session
An unhurried 60 minutes together. We go at your pace. By the end you'll have a sense of where we might start and what rhythm might suit you.
Weekly or fortnightly
Most clients come weekly for 6 to 10 weeks then space out. You decide the cadence. You can pause or stop at any point.
I came in thinking something was wrong with me. I left understanding what had been happening to me. That's a very different, much kinder conversation.
I'm Wren. I'll be the person in the chair opposite.
I'm a registered psychologist working in Fitzroy North and across Australia via telehealth. For twelve years I've sat with women navigating anxiety, grief, relationships that aren't working, and the quiet identity shifts that come with big life moments.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and a little bit funny when the moment calls for it. I draw on ACT, Schema Therapy and Gottman Method. But mostly I draw on listening carefully.

Reaching out for the first time is often the hardest part. You don't need to have the words ready. You just need to send the message.
