Sound familiar?

Some days you're fine. Other days it's like moving through fog.

You're not imagining it, and you're not alone. Many of the women I work with describe one or all of these. If something here lands, we can talk about it.

Take the ‘Is therapy right for me?’ quiz
1My mind won't stop. I'm exhausted but I can't switch off.
2I'm holding everything together for everyone, and nothing for myself.
3Something big happened. Or something small that won't stop bothering me.
4My relationship feels stuck in the same argument on a loop.
5I know I should be happy. I don't know why I'm not.
6I used to know who I was. Lately I'm not sure.
Not sure where to start?

Find a gentle starting point in about two minutes.

A short, private set of questions about how you're feeling and what kind of support might suit you. No email required. No results sent to anyone. Just a friendly nudge in the right direction.

What brought you here today?

Anxiety, overwhelm, or not sleeping
Something in my relationship
Grief or a recent loss
I'm not sure. Just a feeling.
How therapy works here

Three steps. No pressure.

01

A free 15-minute chat

We have a quick call. No pressure, no couch. You tell me a little of what's going on. I tell you how I work. We see if it feels right.

02

Your first session

An unhurried 60 minutes together. We go at your pace. By the end you'll have a sense of where we might start and what rhythm might suit you.

03

Weekly or fortnightly

Most clients come weekly for 6 to 10 weeks then space out. You decide the cadence. You can pause or stop at any point.

I came in thinking something was wrong with me. I left understanding what had been happening to me. That's a very different, much kinder conversation.

About me

I'm Wren. I'll be the person in the chair opposite.

I'm a registered psychologist working in Fitzroy North and across Australia via telehealth. For twelve years I've sat with women navigating anxiety, grief, relationships that aren't working, and the quiet identity shifts that come with big life moments.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and a little bit funny when the moment calls for it. I draw on ACT, Schema Therapy and Gottman Method. But mostly I draw on listening carefully.
