The agreements we make.
Session agreements
Sessions are 50, 80 or 90 minutes depending on type. Payment is due on the day of session. A card on file is kept encrypted via Stripe.
Cancellations
More than 24 hours notice: free to reschedule. Less than 24 hours: 50% of fee. No-show: full fee. Exceptions for genuine emergencies at Wren's discretion.
Limitations
Wildsouls Studio is not an emergency or crisis service. I do not monitor email or phone outside practice hours. For urgent support, please use the crisis resources listed throughout this site.
Scope of practice
I am a registered psychologist working within my clinical scope. I do not prescribe medication. For forensic, medico-legal, or custody reports, I will refer you on.
