Individual counselling
One-to-one therapy for adults. Most clients come to work through anxiety, grief, burnout, life transitions, self-worth, relationship patterns, or that quiet sense of being off-centre.
Couples therapy
For partners who love each other and keep having the same argument. Gottman-informed, non-judgemental, and practical. Suitable for long partnerships, pre-commitment, and conscious uncoupling work.
Small therapeutic groups
Small-group programs led by me, for women navigating a specific theme. Not a drop-in. You join from week one and stay through. Held with structure so you always know what is coming.
